1. Handmade & Processing Time

All dreadlock sets are handmade. Processing time: 7–14 business days.

2. Payments

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

3. Shipping

Free express international shipping (FedEx/EMS). Delivery time: 7–14 days depending on destination.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of dreadlocks, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

5. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 3 days of delivery.

6. Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will result in refusal of future service.
